Workouts vary from day to day, keeping things interesting and challenging. The coaches are great and encourage everyone the whole time. There is support if you need to modify exercises for any reason.

I’ve been part of this gym for three years now & it was the best Decision I ever made!! The atmosphere, the coaches, the products, the positive vibes, the support is absolutely amazing!!! I feel so much stronger physically & mentally it has helped me. The workouts are always different & you are getting a all over body workout in 30 min !! If you are considering joining just do it !! I can’t thank Lisa enough and all the amazing coaches for their support and me living my best life. Fit Family Strong !

There aren’t enough words to describe how much I love Whitesboro Fit Body Boot Camp! Lisa and all her coaches have not only changed my life both mentally and physically; but it is truly a place where everyone is treated as family. I have made lifelong friends here and look forward to walking through those doors for the best 30 minutes of my day. If someone is on the fence about joining a gym, or think they wouldn’t be able to do the workouts…you absolutely can! Don’t miss out on the most amazing place to be.
